KATHY KOZMECH
SYDNEY LYBBERT
In 2011, I graduated with Honours from the Lethbridge College Massage Therapy program. I treasure education for the tools it allows me to bring to my clients to improve the quality and effectiveness of my treatments. It is my goal to help prenatal mothers enjoy their pregnancy as comfortably as possible, and for postnatal mothers to return to their functioning healthy normal, regardless of how long it has been since birth.

After Sydney's second maternity leave, she will not be
returning to CMMT. We wish her all the best and we
were so happy to have her with us!
She will be working out of Cochrane and please hit the
link below to get in touch with her.
I have always been in awe of the human body and it was this fascination that led me to completing a Bachelor of Physical Education, focusing on Exercise Physiology in 1996. Wanting a more hands on approach, I became a massage therapist in the year 2000. I am passionate about helping women throughout their child bearing years and beyond. I bring many tools with me into every treatment - therapeutic/deep tissue techniques, TMJ release, cupping or relaxation. And as someone who has continued to learn over these 21+ years about the human body and movement, I love coaching people to feel better in their bodies and to move freely. This can involve breathing techniques and specific exercises tailored for you so you can feel strong and mobile in your body!

PATRICIA MILBURN-BARILE
I am a registered massage therapist and have been in private practice for about 25 years. I have a NNEB Nursery Nursing certificate from the UK and came to Canada as a private live-in nanny. I worked with babies and children for many years before having my own two beautiful daughters and going to Mount Royal University to become a massage therapist. My certification also includes Pediatric Massage Therapist and Infant Massage Teacher through Liddle Kidz out of California, USA.

ANDREA ENGI
I started my career as a massage therapist working with athletes in 2009. After the birth of my first child, I began to focus primarily on working with mothers. Today my practice brings together my knowledge and passions in both these fields. I support the mom and baby dyad who are struggling with sleeping and feeding, including tongue ties. I support women who feel like their bodies are falling apart without their ever signing a consent! Together we use manual techniques, movement practices and proper breathing to teach your body to be its most vibrant.
Currently, I am seeing women at our Into the Woods location.

LINDA HICKEY
CMMT was established by Linda Hickey in 1999. She treats women with thoughtful, skilled and nurturing care through their pregnancies, births and early mothering days. Many of those clients have stayed through subsequent pregnancies and beyond, her practice is evolving to include women's health across all stages of life. Linda has taught maternity massage therapy throughout Canada
and the United States.

The prenatal and postpartum massages with Kathy have been crucial to my overall health and wellness during both of my pregnancies and postpartum recoveries. The side-lying setup is extremely comfortable, both during pregnancy and while nursing. After her massages, the pain in my hips and shoulders is significantly reduced and my whole body feels relaxed. I highly recommend Kathy as part of your prenatal care and beyond!
Jillian M.
I tried at least 6 different prenatal massage places between my last pregnancy and my current one. After finding CMMT I will never go anywhere else! Sydney is AMAZING! She is knowledgeable and gifted in what she does. I will continue to go here for massages long after my delivery. The staff here are so passionate for what they do - they put so much care into every aspect of the customer experience. They are accommodating for mamas and their kiddos in every way -I can't say enough good things about this place!

I started seeing Patricia when I was about five months along due to back pain. The way the beds are set up, it's very comfortable for my baby bump and back. Patricia has great attention to detail on where there is pain and tightness. I always leave feeling so much better!!
